Our returns policy is simple

Return any goods to us in a unused condition with all labelling attached within 21 days for a full refund to our head office:

You must arrange and pay the cost of returning the product in a safe and secure way. We take no responsibility for lost return shipments until they have reached us and we sign for the delivery. You may also make returns in person to any of our stores without appointment but a receipt must be shown. We do not refund special custom made items.
